Such was the love emperor Hadrian had for his favorite Antinoös, that he commissioned thousands of sculptures to memorialize him after his demise. Like the contours of a statue, the physical and spiritual presence of the body is likewise defined by a fragrant silhouette. Here is the emperor recalling his lover: the touch and smell of him, the warm redolence of skin, the soft musk at the nape of the neck. Paying tribute to the beloved, like Hadrian did Antinoös, this fragrance features salty, peppery and musky notes that blend in to evoke intimacy, life and the idealized memory of skin.
Beam | Return & Exchange Policy
At Beam | Gallery & Studio, we view each scent and candle as a curated work of art. Because of the intimate nature of our collection and to ensure the olfactory integrity of our products, we maintain a strictly regulated return process.
1. Perfumes & Fragrance
Discovery First: To ensure your satisfaction before committing to a full-size piece, we highly recommend purchasing a Beam Discovery Set or visiting us at an Orlando Installation to experience the scent in person.
Unopened Returns: We accept returns on full-size perfumes within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, vacuum-sealed packaging and shows no signs of tampering. Once the cellophane seal is broken, the item is considered "final sale" and cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Sampling: If your order included a matching 2ml sample vial, please test the vial first. If you do not connect with the scent, you may return the unopened full-size bottle for a refund or exchange.
2. Objects & Candles
Condition: Candles and studio objects may be returned within 14 days of delivery. They must be unlit, in their original packaging, and in "gallery-ready" condition.
Exchanges: If you find a candle’s throw or profile isn't a fit for your space, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for another scent in our current collection, provided the original is unused.
3. Damages & Issues
If a piece arrives damaged or defective (e.g., a broken bottle or a malfunctioning spray mechanism), please contact the Studio at [Your Email] within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refraction (refund) of your purchase.
4. The Process
Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector unless the item arrived damaged.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected by our studio team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
